Recipe Notes
Always follow the metric or imperial measurements in your recipes. Never mix the two.
When measuring milk, water, fluids, etc. exact metric conversion should be used. For example, 568 ml = 1 pint
All spoon measures should be level. Abbreviations most used tsp = teaspoon and tbsp = tablespoon.
Cooking times on recipes may vary slightly depending on individual ovens. The oven and grill should be pre-heated to the specified temperature. Use the centre shelf of the oven for baking.
Try microwave recipes for a change or use food which can be cooked this way. If using microwave products always follow the labels instructions.
