Sweet and Sour Chicken

6 oz cooked chicken
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Garlic powder or fresh garlic clove
Diced green pepper
1/2 cup crushed pineapple and juice
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp low cal sugar or sweetener
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup cooked rice

In a large pan combine green pepper, onion and garlic.  Cook until onions are clear.  Add cubed chicken and broth.  Simmer and stir until liquid is half gone.  Add pineapple, sweetener and vinegar.  Season to taste.

Note:  Can fold in rice or serve separate on the side.
